At Rise Up Foundation Nepal (RUF-N), we recognize that empowering women/girls and fostering their leadership skills is essential for achieving equitable and sustainable development. Our Women Empowerment and Leadership program is dedicated to creating opportunities for women to realize their potential, become leaders, and drive positive change in their communities.

Our approach to women empowerment is holistic, addressing various facets of their lives, from education and economic opportunities to social and political participation. We provide comprehensive training programs that enhance women’s skills in areas such as leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and decision-making. These programs are designed to build confidence, self-reliance, and the ability to influence local and national policies.

We also focus on creating enabling environments that support women’s leadership.
